Bouyant Capital and Advisory Services is an independent non-affiliated advisory and transaction management company. We are a B-BBEE Consulting Company based in Centurion comprising of a team of practical strategists that is well equipped to provide functional expertise, industry foresight and believe in a hands-on approach to working with our clients. Our key services focus mainly on commodities trading. We also specialise in transactional advisory, sourcing finance, management particularly for SMEs.
The motivation and incitement for assisting with funding came when we realised that in as much as some communities in SA and Africa as a whole, have land that is endowed with rich minerals, they lack financial support and expertise to get the minerals out of the ground. If they do get it out of the ground, they don’t have the expertise on how to sell it for profit; they struggle to access the market which also leads to exploitation.
Thus, Bouyant Capital attempts to bridge that gap by being a gateway between these communities and the prospective buyers. We assist with financial support to the junior miners, organized communities and landowners. We have a global network in the sourcing, transportation, storage and financing of certain commodities . We want to build our success upon knowledge of the market, reliability and independence.
